What is the Therapeutic Music Programme?

This isn’t like any music you’ve heard before – it’s more than just music. It’s designed to work directly with the body’s nervous system to support regulation and emotional balance.
Using advanced neuro-acoustic techniques, the music is specially engineered at frequencies that stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system – the part responsible for rest, calm, and recovery.
This highly effective tool is typically used over a four-week period, for around 15–20 minutes each day, and can lead to lasting positive effects.
It is used alongside coaching sessions – so that there is on-going support and monitoring.
