Absolutely. We offer one-to-one coaching sessions specifically for parents and carers who are feeling overwhelmed or at risk of burnout. These sessions focus on helping you feel supported, resourced, and emotionally equipped to navigate family life.
We also offer family sessions in situations where:
- The child is too young to engage in sessions on their own
- The challenges require a more holistic, family-focused approach
In these cases, working with the adults and wider family system can create meaningful change for the child.
