Does purchasing a course, resource, or membership give me a licence to use it?

Yes - when you purchase a course, digital resource, or membership, you are granted a limited-use licence based on your purchase type.

However, this licence does not give you unrestricted rights to share, reproduce, or distribute materials beyond the agreed terms.

Here’s what that means in practice:

  • Courses and downloadable resources: You may use them for personal or professional purposes within the scope of your licence (e.g. 1:1 or small group work). You may not share them outside your licence, upload them elsewhere, or use them in team training unless you have organisational permission.

  • Memberships: Each membership includes a specific licence type (e.g. family, practitioner, professional, school) which determines how the content can be used. You can find the full breakdown here.

All content remains the intellectual property of Tracy Chadwick and Child Therapy Service Practitioners Limited or its guest contributors and is protected by UK copyright law.

If you’re unsure whether your current licence covers your intended use, get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise.
